Pre Listing Measurement
Our measurement services include an on-site interior and exterior inspection by a certified residential appraiser. We collect standardized exterior measurements to determine an accurate gross living area (GLA), measurement of additional improvements/amenities to determine total living area (TLA), as well as interior measurements of all essential rooms. Within one-two business days after this inspection, you will receive a .pdf report that includes exterior photographs, a sketch of the home’s layout with calculated GLA, and a table listing interior room dimensions.
